At All-Clad, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following policy.

Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from d3allclad.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
